Registering as a property admirer
It's free to search for and inspect properties on Love That Place but first you must register (also free) as a member. Members are able to be registered as both property owners and admirers.
You will need to firstly set up an account. You will be asked to provide a valid email address and a password to access this service online.
The property admirer is able to indicate their 'Motivation to Buy' in a particular property using the 5 level ratings from one to five (five indicating an absolute desire to purchase). Similarly, a property owner nominates motivation to sell using the rating system from one to five (five indicating an absolute desire to sell).
Logging on to your account
Once you have registered, you will be able to log on to Love That Place at any time to view your property portfolio, rate properties, check for messages from property admirers, update your motivation status and participate in community forums and blogs.
Upon a 'Double Match'
A 'Double Match' occurs when a property owner and a property admirer have both registered a 4 or 5 level motivation status for the same property.
Once you have a 'Double Match' you have the ability to:
- Deal privately and directly with each other on a property transaction
- Or, negotiate via an assisted sales process where Love That Place provides you with the details of a local real estate agent who "Loves Your Suburb" - To act on your behalf in any transactions - Standard real estate commissions and fees may apply.

Property owner and admirer information will never be disclosed to real estate agents by Love That Place unless authorised by you. Upon a "Double Match" property owners and admirers who choose the assisted sales process are provided with details of the local agent via Love That Place's "Love That Suburb" program. Property owners can contact agents at their discretion.
How to register your interest
By indicating your motivation level to buy a property, the owner of the property will be notified that someone 'Loves their Place'. Your information will not be disclosed to the property owner, other than your first name and the first initial of your surname. The owner can contact you via your Love That Place message area. You may also message the property owner by using the 'Contact Property Owner' area found in the 'Property Activity' area of the Property Detail page.
Rate property
To rate a property you must be a registered user, and be logged in. When you are logged in, you will see the option to 'Rate this property' in the 'Propery Activity' section of the Property Detail page.
