Love That Place does not act as real estate agents or brokers and does not receive commission on any sales. We do not sell any member details or private information to any third party. Your personal details, including email address will remain private.

What is Love That Place?

Love That Place is a net community that connects property owners and property admirers through their mutual interest in homes, property and real estate. 

Love That Place is not a registered real estate agent or broker, is not run by or influenced by any real estate agencies or outside corporations, and does not claim commission on any sale.

As a consumer-driven website Love That Place members have control over the content that appears on the site.

No member information is sold as leads. No member information is passed to real estate agents unless the member has authorised us to do so. Members are provided with the details of local real estate agents who have subscribed to 'Love that Suburb'.  It is entirely your choice if you wish to contact this local agent for assistance with buying or selling (real estate commissions and fees may apply) - or, buyers and sellers may choose to deal directly and transact without commissions.

 

How it works

Everyday property owners can upload their own content and post their property for viewing and rating.  You can find out how your property is viewed by others, and whether there is a potential 'buyer in the wings' who has always admired your place, giving you the ability to set your own buying or selling cycle.

 

For property owners

Love That Place lets you find out what people really think about your property or if someone wants to buy your property!

You can:

  • Display by property address, by street, precinct, suburb, location attributes or style of property.
  • View statistics on your property admirers and inspections.
  • See how others rate your property or choose not to have your property rated.
  • Receive expressions of interest in your property from potential buyers.
  • Deal directly with potential buyers in negotiating a sale.  Pay no commission or, choose the assisted sales process and deal with the local agent. 

 

For property admirers

Love That Place lets you search, find and rate properties not listed for sale.

You can:

  • Search by property address, by street, precinct, suburb, location attributes or style of property.
  • Browse and rate properties you admire with no obligation.
  • Formally register your interest in a property directly with the owner.
  • Deal directly with a property owner in negotiating a sale.  Pay no commission or choose the assisted sales process.

 

How could the site help me sell my property?

Love That Place aims to provide a cost effective means of promoting your property to a massive number of potential buyers.  Love That Place provides an independent meeting point for people to converse and potentially transact on a sale.  This may be done privately, or you can choose Love That Place's facilitated sales process via an agent. 

While Love That Place does not guarantee a successful sale, it does offer a confidential, low pressure and controlled method of monitoring the level of market interest in your property.  

 

Expressions of interest

Visitors to the site can register their interest in a property and potentially transact on a property sale in the future.  They can admire other people's properties with no obligation, and find inspiration and ideas for their own homes. 

 

Double matches

A "double match" occurs when a property owner is highly motivated to sell and a property admirer is highly motivated to buy that same property - when both parties register a 4 or 5 level motivation status in the same property - a 'double match' occurs.  When this occurs Love That Place provides you with the details of a local real estate expert who "Loves Your Suburb" - To act on your behalf should you choose the assisted sales process - Standard real estate commissions and fees may apply.
